Thank you for purchasing Arctic Heat Pump equipment for your hydronic project. To initiate your Arctic equipment’s warranty, please fill out the form below.
All fields marked with an * are required.

Please take one photo of your installed Arctic Heat Pump, ensuring fans and connection side of heat pump visible. Take one photo of your mechanical room showing buffer tank and hydronic components such as circulation pumps, manifolds, and air handlers. If you have purchased fan coils from Arctic, please take one photo of an installed fan coil. All photos must be taken on, or after, date of installation completion.

Please also consider that Arctic retains the right to share these installation photos publicly, so ensure no sensitive information is visible in the photos you send. All other information provided in this form are private and will not be shared.
